The “Deputy Dave Team”
Growing up in Orange County California, I saw the rural community grow into a modern metropolitan area.
Real estate is a major component of the wealth cycle.
While working as a bailiff in the county court house, I had a good opportunity to read. I read William Nickerson’s book, How I turned $1,000.00 Into a $1,000.0000 in Real Estate . . . in my spare time. That book inspired me to buy real estate. I, like Nickerson, I also did it in my spare time.
As a deputy sheriff, I did “Officer Friendly” presentations, taught a high school course, “Introduction to Law Enforcement” and made countless presentations to schools. While doing presentations, I became known as “Deputy Dave.”
I also took college classes on real estate management, taxation and exchanges and other real estate classes. It enabled me to operate my own properties.
Over the years, Pauline and I have bought and sold homes, rentals and fixer-ups.
When I retired from law enforcement and became a real estate agent. I found it was easy for clients to remember my name, “Deputy Dave.” And now as a Broker . . . “Deputy Dave – The Broker” is easy to remember.
As a Real Estate Brokerage, we focus on customer service. Whether you are buying or selling, you have your hands full. You need to focus on moving. As your agent, it is our responsibility to make the transaction move along smoothly.
As a Deputy Sheriff, I worked with the program; “Crime Free – Multiple Housing.” It is a program that improves the quality of life for the tenants. It lowers crime on the property and it improves the return on investment (ROI) to the owner. We can implement these principles in your rental property.
The Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire - AAGIE.com has beneficial resources for any property owner. They are part of the California Apartment Association. Whether you own a rent house or numerous units, tey are a good resource.
It is my goal to lead a team that provides competent, ethical service to our clients. Our team is tasked with being service oriented. We strive to be a service to buyers, sellers, rental owners and tenants.
There is a real real estate crisis in our country. You may have questions about short sale, foreclosure, loan modification or an investment question.
Maybe your questions are, "What do we do after we lose the house?" Let's look at the many possibilities.
I enjoy helping clients find their best solution. Give me a call, we can discuss it over a cup of coffee.
