During these hard times it is important that we look forward with positive anticipation. There is plenty of bad news. It hurts everyone.
Unemployment puts any family in crisis.
Uncertainty about the future of the country and the economy leads to stress and worry.
War and threats of terrorism attacks keep everyone uneasy.
The Inland Empire communities of Eastvale, Norco and Corona where hard hit by the economic downturn. Many of our neighbors have lost their homes, their cars and ultimately their self confidence. It is hard to look forward with hope. However, we must realize that things will change and improve.
People still want a nice home in a nice neighborhood.
People still want good friends.
People still want to live in peace.
People still want good schools and recreation opportunities
These are all things that the communities of Eastvale, Norco and Corona offer.
I have a great expectancy that this area will continue to be a wonderful place to live. It draws people who want the opportunities we are offer. The homes, schools, parks, community activities and positive people are all elements of the turn around in this area.
I for one intend to be enthusiastic and excited about the blessings of each day and for the bright future before us. I expect that we as a community can focus on the positive opportunities around us. We can reach beyond the stress and worry that seems to surround us. Each of us can begin the change today. Demonstrate an attitude of gratitude for your daily blessings and show excitement for the bright future ahead.
